SIGNAL is an AI-powered decision analysis tool that provides structured perspectives on user-submitted situations, decisions, or dilemmas. The Service generates automated analysis from multiple viewpoints and a synthesized recommendation.
3. No Professional Advice
SIGNAL provides AI-generated perspectives for informational and educational purposes only. The Service does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Financial or investment advice
- Legal advice
- Medical or health advice
- Psychological counseling
You should always consult qualified professionals before making important decisions. You use the Service's recommendations at your own risk.
4. User Accounts and Subscriptions
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless canceled.
Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized payment processor. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

The free tier provides limited access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify the number of free scans available or the features included in the free tier at any time.

You agree not to use the Service to:
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service's output without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and AI methodology, is the intellectual property of SIGNAL. Signal Reports generated for you are yours to use, share, and reference freely.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIGNAL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
