Refund Policy
Simple version: Try Signal free first. If you subscribe and it's not for you, request a refund within 7 days — no questions asked.
1. Free Tier
SIGNAL offers a free tier with limited scans so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to use the free tier to determine if SIGNAL meets your needs before subscribing.
2. 7-Day Refund Window
If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Team) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. No reason required.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@esignal.app with:
- The email address associated with your subscription
- Your approximate subscription date
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued through Paddle.com, our payment processor, and will be returned to your original payment method.
4. After 7 Days
After the 7-day refund window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account management page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain access to paid features until then.
6. Plan Changes
If you upgrade from Pro to Team, you'll be charged the difference on a prorated basis. If you downgrade from Team to Pro, the new rate takes effect at your next billing cycle.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests outside the 7-day window on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as extended service outages or billing errors. Contact us at hello@esignal.app to discuss.
